The PHASE II ComStrat© process leads you to a long-term communications strategy for your product by interrogating and integrating the positioning and key messages, target audiences, and potential communications vehicles. The output of the process is a ComStrat schematic which aligns message roll-out with overall quarterly or annual themes. ComStrat also identifies data needs through gap analysis of current trials in addition to plotting potential communications vehicles and publishing activities: from letters to editors, abstracts and posters to primary, secondary and tertiary peer-reviewed papers; consensus proceedings; monographs; newsletters; online applications and slide lecture kits.
